  9. Convert & Replace.

  11. Given an image on the clipboard (PICT), convert it into a region, and replace the image on the clipboard with this region.

  13. Tip: Keep the option key down if you don't want the region to be flushed topleft to 0,0 (see Help).

  15. Convert Only.

  17. Given an image on the clipboard (PICT), convert it into a region.
  18. This operation will NOT put the region onto the clipboard.

  24. If you have a picture on the clipboard, you can view it by clicking on this button (or select it via the Edit menu).
  25. This command shows pictures only; if the clipboard is empty or has other resource types, nothing will be shown.

  27. Preview (View) Converted Region.

  29. Once you have converted the picture into a region, click here to view the region.
  30. It doesn't matter whether the region has been copied to the clipboard or not (a copy of the region is kept by the application).

  34. Once you have converted your picture to a region, click here to get some pertinent information about your converted region.

  36. Copy To Clipboard.

  38. Once a picture has been converted via "Convert Only", put the region onto the clipboard by clicking on this button.
  39. "Convert & Replace" combines both of these steps.

  41. Save to RgnMaster...

  43. Save the converted region into the RgnMaster application itself.

  45. You will want to access the region with a resource editor (ResEdit, for example) after quitting RgnMaster.

  49. Save the converted region into a file that you specify. This must be a pre-existing file.

  57. You can set the resource type of regions when they're saved or placed on the clipboard. The resource type must be exactly four letters long.

  66. Unlike Interactive Help, clicking on this button will bring up a window chock full of text expounding the uses of RgnMaster and other junk. Read at your own discretion (but enjoy).
